# Two models. No retainers.

Choose a success fee payable only when your hire joins, or a fixed fee per accepted profile. Both use the same consultants and the same JD-based screening.

Model 1 · Success fee

## 8.33% of first-year CTC, on joining

The standard contingency model, kept simple: no retainer, no advance. The invoice is raised 30 days after the candidate joins, on NET-15 terms, and every placement carries a 90-day replacement guarantee — if the hire leaves within 90 days we re-source at no additional fee or refund pro-rata.

### ₹15L CTC hire

Success fee ₹1,25,000, invoiced 30 days after joining. Nothing payable if the search does not result in a hire.

Model 2 · Per accepted profile

## A fixed fee for each JD-matched profile you accept

For teams that want predictable costs or are hiring several similar roles. Each profile is scored against your rubric; you have 48 hours to reject any profile with a one-line reason at no charge. No placement percentage, no follow-on fee when you hire.

## Contract staffing and RPO

Contract placements are billed per profile or as a percentage of contract value; RPO programmes are priced per accepted profile or per hire for the programme. Both are agreed in writing before the search begins.
